Definitions of this Part
Subregulation 1
In this Part, “Act” means the Patents Act 1994, and a reference to a section is a reference to a section of the Act.
Subregulation 2
In this Part, the following words have the meanings given by section 2(1):
(a)
“journal”;
(b)
“patent”;
(c)
“register”;
(d)
“Registrar”;
(e)
“Registry”.
