Definitions of this Part
Subregulation 1
In this Part, “Act” means the Registered Designs Act 2000, and a reference to a section is a reference to a section of the Act.
Subregulation 2
In this Part, the following words and expressions have the meanings given by section 2(1):
(a)
“design”;
(b)
“Register”;
(c)
“registered design”;
(d)
“registered owner”;
(e)
“Registrar”.
