Amendment of rule 60
of Supreme Court of Judicature (Protection from Harassment) (Amendment) Rules 2026
In the principal Rules, in rule 60 —
in paragraph (a), after “an alleged offending communication”, insert “or any identical copy of an alleged offending communication”;
in paragraph (a), after “the alleged offending communication”, insert “or any identical copy of the alleged offending communication”; and
after paragraph (a), insert —“(aa)where the PH proceedings relate to an application for a protection order requiring an administrator of an online location to stop an alleged offending communication or any identical copy of an alleged offending communication from being published in Singapore at the online location — a third party that published the alleged offending communication or any identical copy of the alleged offending communication at that online location;”.
