Amendment of rule 35

Regulation 7
In the principal Rules, in rule 35 —
(a)
in paragraph (1), replace “a stop publication order or an interim stop publication order” with “a stop publication (administrator) order, a stop publication order, an interim stop publication (administrator) order or an interim stop publication order”;
(b)
in paragraph (7)(a), delete “or” at the end; and
(c)
in paragraph (7), after sub‑paragraph (a), insert —“(aa)an administrator mentioned in section 12(2G) or 13(1D) of the Act; or”.
