Amendment of rule 68
of Supreme Court of Judicature (Protection from Harassment) (Amendment) Rules 2026
In the principal Rules, in rule 68(1) —
in sub‑paragraph (c), after “an alleged offending communication”, insert “or any identical copy of an alleged offending communication”;
in sub‑paragraph (c), after “the alleged offending communication”, insert “or any identical copy of the alleged offending communication”; and
after sub‑paragraph (c), insert —“(ca)where a protection order requiring an administrator of an online location to stop an alleged offending communication or any identical copy of an alleged offending communication from being published in Singapore at the online location is sought — a third party that published the alleged offending communication or any identical copy of the alleged offending communication at that online location;”.
