Section 70
(1)
A certificate of incorporation so granted is conclusive evidence that all the preliminary requirements contained in this Part and in respect of the incorporation have been complied with.
(2)
The date of incorporation mentioned in the certificate is deemed to be the date at which incorporation has taken place.
