Section 71

Record of applications and documents to be kept, and supply of copies

(1)

The Public Trustee must keep a record of all applications for and certificates of incorporation granted and all documents, accounts and returns required by the provisions of this Part to be filed with the Public Trustee.

(2)

Any person may obtain a copy or extract of any such document certified by the Public Trustee on payment of the prescribed fee.
