6. Vacation of office of member
Feedback & supportThe office of a member shall be vacated if the member —
(a)
becomes of unsound mind;
(b)
becomes a bankrupt or suspends payment to, or makes an arrangement or composition with, his creditors;
(c)
has been absent, without leave of the Authority, from 3 consecutive meetings of the Authority;
(d)
resigns from his office; or
(e)
is convicted of an offence involving dishonesty, fraud or moral turpitude.
