11. Certificate

A certificate shall be issued to every member of the Corps and shall be evidence of his appointment under this Act.

“member of the Corps” or “member” means any person of any rank in the Corps;
(2)
No certificate shall be issued to any member of the Corps who is a national serviceman.

“national serviceman” means a person who has been directed to present himself for enlistment in the Corps under the provisions of any written law for the time being in force relating to national service or enlistment;
