Section 12

Any member of the Corps, who is enrolled as a volunteer, may resign by giving to the Commandant 14 days’ notice in writing of his intention to do so.

The Commandant may discharge any member of the Corps where he is of the opinion that the member is not likely to become or remain useful in the Corps.
