10. Hearing

If the accused denies the charge, the disciplinary officer shall examine every witness who gives any evidence against the accused and shall give the accused an opportunity to cross-examine any witness giving such evidence. The disciplinary officer shall hear all evidence given by or on behalf of the accused. The disciplinary officer may cross-examine the accused or any witness called by the accused.
