41. Transitional provision
Feedback & supportDespite the repeal of the Weights and Measures Act (Cap. 263, 1970 Revised Edition), any weighing or measuring equipment tested, passed and stamped under that Act is deemed to have been tested, passed and stamped under a corresponding provision of this Act.
