Section 10

If a contributor who holds a pensionable office retires on account of ill health before he is entitled to a pension and dies within 2 years of the date of his retirement, his widow or children shall be entitled to a pension computed on the basis of the pension rights acquired by such contributor at the date of his retirement in accordance with the Rules and Tables set out in the First Schedule.
