175. Presumption arising out of warrants

Every warrant or summons purporting to be issued pursuant to this Part by the Director-General is to be received in evidence in any court without further proof and is prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.
Director‑General
Defined · s 2
“Director‑General”, except in Part 7, means the Director‑General of Social Welfare and includes any person who is authorised by the Director‑General to perform any of the duties or exercise any of the powers of the Director‑General under this Act;

All acts done pursuant to such warrant or summons are deemed to have been authorised by law.
