Regulation 56
The pilot-in-command of a relevant aircraft must not commence a flight in accordance with the Visual Flight Rules unless current meteorological reports, or a combination of current reports and forecasts, indicate that the meteorological conditions along the route or that part of the route to be flown in accordance with the Visual Flight Rules will be such as to enable compliance with the Visual Flight Rules at the appropriate time.
