Regulation 69
Minimum equipment list
An operator must not use a minimum equipment list for a Singapore registered aircraft unless the minimum equipment list for that aircraft —
(a)
is based upon, but is no less restrictive than, the relevant master minimum equipment list; and
(b)
has been approved by the Director-General of Civil Aviation.
