Reporting period for secondary registered Singapore operator

Regulation 19
In this Part, “reporting period”, for a secondary registered Singapore operator, means each of the following periods:
(a)
the whole year of the year in which the registered Singapore operator first becomes a secondary registered Singapore operator;
(b)
each whole year subsequent to the year in paragraph (a) but before the year in paragraph (c);
(c)
for the year in which the secondary registered Singapore operator is deregistered as a registered Singapore operator, from 1 January of that year up to and including the day immediately before the deregistration takes effect.
