Regulation 28
Manner of applying or submitting reports, etc.
Where an application is to be made, or a report or plan is required to be submitted, under these Regulations to the Director‑General of Civil Aviation, the application must be made, or the report must be submitted (as the case may be) in the form and manner required by the Director-General of Civil Aviation.
