Appeals to Minister
Subregulation 1
Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Committee —
to refuse to grant or renew a licence;
(aa)to refuse to approve a transfer or an assignment of a licence;
to suspend or revoke a licence; or
to vary or refuse to vary a licence,may, within 14 working days of receipt of a notification of such a decision, appeal to the Minister.
Subregulation 2
Every appeal to the Minister shall —
be in writing;
state the decision of the Committee in respect of which the appeal is sought; and
specify the grounds on which the appeal is made.
Subregulation 3
The Minister may require the applicant to furnish such documents or information as the Minister considers necessary to enable him to make a determination on the appeal.
Subregulation 4
The appeal shall be considered and disposed of in such manner as the Minister thinks fit and the decision of the Minister shall be final.
