Notice of suspension, revocation, etc., of licence

If the Committee proposes to suspend, revoke or vary any licence on its own motion, it shall —

(a)

serve a notice on the licensee not less than 7 working days before the date on which the suspension, revocation or variation is to take effect —

(i)

informing the licensee of the proposed suspension, revocation or variation; and

(ii)

stating the ground on which the licence is to be suspended, revoked or varied; and

(b)

consider such written representations as the licensee may have made to the Committee before the expiration of the notice.
