Display of certificate of registration

Subregulation 1

Where a person —

(a)

has had his or her name removed from the appropriate register under section 15(1)(c) or (2), 26(1), 37(1)(c) or (e), 49(1)(g)(i) or (iii), 53(2)(a) or (c), 54(1)(a), (3)(a) or (8) or 58(1)(b) or (2) of the Act; or

(b)

has had his or her registration suspended under section 37(1)(d), 49(1)(g)(ii), 53(2)(b), 54(1)(b) or (8), 58(1)(a) or (3), 61(1)(a) or 63(1)(c) of the Act,he or she must immediately remove every original or copy of his or her certificate of registration which had been displayed at each place of his or her practice as an allied health professional.

Subregulation 2

Any person who fails to comply with paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
