Section 12
(1)
If any objection to a boundary so demarcated is made to the Demarcation Officer by a party concerned, the Demarcation Officer shall forward a report of the circumstances to the Land Office.
(2)
At any time before forwarding his report under subsection (1), the Demarcation Officer may for any sufficient reason to be stated in his report alter any boundary marked out by him.
