19. No action at law to be brought pending investigation by Boundary Officer

Pending the investigation of any dispute as to boundaries by the Boundary Officer no action or other legal proceedings shall be commenced by any of the parties concerned, or any person claiming under any of them, in respect of the matter in dispute.
