18. File to be made up

The depositions taken by the Boundary Officer upon any such inquiry, and any decision or order thereon, and his reasons therefor, shall be filed in the Land Office.

The file of the proceedings so made up shall be open at all reasonable times to the inspection of any person interested, or his duly authorised agent, who shall also be entitled to copies of the proceedings, or any part thereof, at the expense of the party applying.
