Date of transmission of electronic records
Subregulation 1
Any document transmitted to the Chief Surveyor in the form of an electronic record under these Rules on any day other than Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, at any time between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (both times inclusive), is deemed to have been filed, submitted or transmitted to the Chief Surveyor.
Subregulation 2
Any document transmitted to the Chief Surveyor in the form of an electronic record under these Rules outside the period specified in paragraph (1) is deemed to have been filed, submitted or transmitted on the next working day.
