Regulation 10
Application for renewal of licence
Subregulation 1
Subject to paragraph (3), an application to renew a licence shall be submitted to the Authority not later than 14 days before the date of expiry of the licence.
Subregulation 2
Every application for a renewal of a licence shall be accompanied by —
(a)
the relevant fee for renewal specified in the First Schedule; and
(b)
a procurement plan.
Subregulation 3
The Authority may refuse to renew any licence the application for which is less than 14 days before the date of expiry of the licence.
Subregulation 4
The fee payable under paragraph (2)(a) shall be non-refundable.
