10. Application for renewal of licence
Feedback & supportSubject to paragraph (3), an application to renew a licence shall be submitted to the Authority not later than 14 days before the date of expiry of the licence.
Every application for a renewal of a licence shall be accompanied by —
the relevant fee for renewal specified in the First Schedule; and
a procurement plan.
The Authority may refuse to renew any licence the application for which is less than 14 days before the date of expiry of the licence.
The fee payable under paragraph (2)(a) shall be non-refundable.
Subregulation 1
