Other documents accompanying application for import permit
For the purposes of section 31H(1)(c)(iii) of the Act, an application for an import permit shall be accompanied by —
a detailed map showing the geographical location of the site and, if required by the Authority, a geologist report on the site;
a copy of the letter of authorisation issued by the owner or authorised operator of the site to the licensee authorising the licensee to obtain a supply of the essential construction material from that site for import to Singapore; and
a valid report on the evaluation relating to the essential construction material to be imported issued under section 31H(2) of the Act.
