Regulation 30
An authorised analyst shall submit to the Authority a copy of his certificate stating the findings of his evaluation relating to a consignment of essential construction material within a period of 5 days (including any Sunday and public holiday) after he completes the analysis, test or examination, as the case may be, of the sample from that consignment.
