Section 195

Any casino operator guilty of an offence under this Act for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $100,000.

Any person (other than a casino operator) guilty of an offence under this Act for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.

Unless otherwise expressly provided, where a corporation (other than a casino operator) is convicted of an offence under this Act, the penalty that the court may impose is a fine not exceeding 2 times the maximum amount that, but for this subsection, the court could impose as a fine for that offence.
