17. Validity period of international market agent licence
Feedback & supportAn international market agent licence shall be valid for such period as the Authority may specify in the licence (not being longer than 3 years), unless before that date —
the licence lapses under regulation 9(2);
the licence lapses under regulation 19(2)(a) or, after it lapses with respect to a casino under regulation 19(2)(b), there is no other casino in respect of which the licence is valid; or
the licence is cancelled under section 110C of the Act or regulation 42.

Subregulation 1
