Service of document

Any document required to be served on a foreign company is sufficiently served —
(a)
if addressed to the foreign company and left at or sent by post to its registered office in Singapore;
(b)
if addressed to an authorised representative of the company and left at or sent by post to his or her residential address or contact address; or
(c)
in the case of a foreign company which has ceased to maintain a place of business in Singapore, if addressed to the foreign company and left at or sent by post to its registered office in the place of its incorporation.
