Application of provisions of Act

Regulations made under section 411 may —
(a)
provide for —
(i)
the application of any provision of Division 7 of Part 4 relating to the transfer of shares in a company to the transfer of shares in a foreign company; and
(ii)
the application of Division 4 of Part 5 relating to the register of members to the register of members of a foreign company,subject to such adaptations, modifications or additions as may be prescribed; and
(b)
exempt any foreign company or class of foreign companies from all or any provision of this Division.
