Section 386

If default is made by any foreign company in complying with any provision of this Division, other than a provision in which a penalty or punishment is expressly mentioned, the company and every officer of the company who is in default and every authorised representative of the company who knowingly and wilfully authorises or permits the default shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 and also to a default penalty.
