206. Material to which this Division applies
Feedback & supportIn this Division, “relevant material” —
means any of the following material:
a published literary work;
a published dramatic work;
a published artistic work;
a published sound recording;
a sound broadcast;
a published recording of a protected performance; but(b)does not include a sound recording, a sound broadcast or a recording of a protected performance that comprises only one or more of the following:
recording
“recording”, in relation to a protected performance, has the meaning given by section 38(1);
the performance of a musical work;
performance
“perform” and “performance”, in relation to an authorial work, have the meanings given by section 67;
a musical work in which words are sung; (iii)a musical work in which words are spoken incidentally to or in association with the music.
