32. Validity of licences

Every licence is to be in such form as the LTA may determine.

“licence” means —(a)a railway assets operating licence; or(b)a cross-border train service licence;

Every licence granted or renewed under this Part is to continue in force for such period as may be specified in the licence unless it is earlier cancelled or suspended under section 39.
