33. Restriction on transfer of licence

A licence, and any right, benefit or privilege of the licensee under the licence, are not capable of being transferred or assigned.

“licence” means —(a)a railway assets operating licence; or(b)a cross-border train service licence;
(2)
A transfer or an assignment, or a purported transfer or assignment, of a licence, or of any right, benefit or privilege of the licensee under the licence, is void and of no effect.
