Disqualification of key appointment holders

Subregulation 1

For the purposes of section 19(1)(c) of the Act, the offences are as specified in the Third Schedule.

For the purposes of section 19(1)(h) of the Act, the prescribed criteria are as specified in the Fifth Schedule.
