Licensee to comply with requirements
Subregulation 1
A licensee must comply with the requirements set out in the Sixth Schedule relating to the licensee’s premises.
Subregulation 2
Where a licensee enrols any child with special educational needs at the licensee’s centre, the licensee must comply with such code of practice relating to the provision of facilities and programmes for children with special educational needs as the Chief Licensing Officer may issue.
