Periods of operation
Subregulation 1
Except as provided in paragraph (2), a licensee must comply with the daily operating hours and periods of operation mentioned in regulation 3(4)(a).
Subregulation 2
A licensee may deviate from the daily operating hours or any of the periods of operation mentioned in regulation 3(4)(a) if the licensee obtains the Chief Licensing Officer’s prior written consent to do so.
Subregulation 3
A licensee and every member of the licensee’s staff who is deployed to supervise a class conducted at the licensee’s centre must ensure that none of the children who attends the class is retained at the licensee’s centre for a continuous period that is longer than 24 hours.
