Regulation 23

Programme statement

Subregulation 1

Except as provided in paragraph (2), a licensee must comply with the programme statement mentioned in regulation 3(4)(b).

Subregulation 2

A licensee may deviate from the programme statement mentioned in regulation 3(4)(b) if the licensee obtains the Chief Licensing Officer’s prior written consent to do so.
