Appointment of staff
Subregulation 2
A licensee must ensure that all members of the licensee’s staff appointed or tasked with the duty of preparing food at the licensee’s centre for children enrolled in the licensee’s centre must have, before the commencement of such duty, attended and successfully completed such course on basic food hygiene as may be specified by the Chief Licensing Officer.
