Subregulation 1
A licensee must establish a sanitary procedure that complies with such requirements as may be specified by the Chief Licensing Officer for —
the changing of diapers of children who are 18 months of age or younger; and
the sanitising of diaper-changing and eating surfaces, toys, and other objects handled by any child in the centre.
Subregulation 2
A licensee must ensure that the licensee’s staff comply with the sanitary procedure mentioned in paragraph (1).
Subregulation 3
A licensee that provides full-day services for any child must ensure that every child has all of the following items:
a towel;
a comb;
a toothbrush;
a change of clothes.
Subregulation 4
A licensee must provide every child attending at the licensee’s centre with his or her own personal storage space in the centre that is of a sufficient size to contain the personal belongings, including the clothing, of the child.
