Regulation 113

Director-General may prohibit use of book

Subregulation 1

The Director-General may by order in the Gazette prohibit the use in any school of any book or other written or printed matter the use of which he or she considers undesirable.

Subregulation 2

A person must not use in or in connection with any school any book or other written or printed matter the use of which in schools has been prohibited by the Director‑General or prohibited by the Minister under the provisions of any written law.
