Regulation 79

Syllabuses to be approved by Director-General

Subregulation 1

No instruction may be given in any school except in accordance with a syllabus approved by the Director‑General.

Subregulation 2

The supervisor of every school must submit to the Director‑General whenever so required the syllabus of instruction of each class in the school for the Director‑General’s approval.

Subregulation 3

The Director-General may require such amendments to be made in the syllabus as he or she may think fit.

Subregulation 4

An alteration must not be made in any approved syllabus without the consent of the Director‑General.
