Regulation 28
Subregulation 1
A pupil must not be allowed on any roof‑playground, verandah or balcony unless under the direct supervision of a teacher.
Subregulation 2
There must not be more than 60 pupils on any roof‑playground under the charge of one teacher at any one time.
