Regulation 38
The supervisor of every school must cause to be provided such other equipment as the Director-General may consider necessary for the type of instruction which it is intended to provide in the school:Provided that the Director-General must not require to be provided any articles of equipment which are not normal articles of equipment for providing the same sort of instruction in Government schools.
