Safety equipment against fire
Subregulation 1
The Director-General may by notice in writing require the installation of any apparatus or equipment necessary as a safeguard against fire or the implementation of any other steps recommended by the Commissioner of Civil Defence or any of his or her officers and within a period to be specified in the notice the supervisor must comply with the notice.
Subregulation 2
The principal of every school must ensure that all safety equipment so installed is maintained in good order and ready for instant use.
