Director-General must approve fees
Subregulation 1
The supervisor of every private school other than a Government-aided school must submit to the Director‑General for approval a list of the proposed fees to be charged for tuition and other purposes.
Subregulation 2
A change in the nature or amount of these fees must not be made without the approval of the Director‑General.
