Application for licence
of Employment Agencies Act 1958
(1)
Any person who desires to obtain or to renew a licence must make an application to the Commissioner in such form as the Commissioner may require, which must be accompanied by the prescribed application fee.
(2)
Upon receiving an application under subsection (1), the Commissioner must consider the application and may grant or renew a licence with or without conditions or refuse to grant or renew a licence, as the case may be.
(3)
If the Commissioner decides to grant or renew a licence under subsection (2), he or she may do so upon the payment of the prescribed fee.
(4)
The Commissioner may at any time vary or revoke any of the existing conditions of a licence or impose new conditions.
(5)
The Commissioner may debar any person from applying for or being granted a licence for such period of time as may be determined by the Commissioner.
