Regulation 29

Record of proceedings

Subregulation 1

When a notice of appeal has been filed, the tribunal which made the order must certify in writing the grounds of the order; but any delay or failure so to certify will not prevent the appellant from proceeding with the appeal.

Subregulation 2

As soon as possible after the notice of appeal has been filed, the Registrar must cause to be served on the appellant, at the appellant’s address for service specified in the notice of appeal, a notice that a copy of the record of proceedings is available.

Subregulation 3

The record of proceedings consists of a certified copy of the grounds of the order and a certified copy of the notes of proceedings taken at the hearing of the claim.
